Take all items needed immediately
upon arrival in your carry-on luggage.
Documents
like:
• Passport, without it you can’t even leave
the airport in your home country. So, just to be on the
safe side carry the passport is secured corner of your
carry-on luggage, wallet or pocket.
• Your Visa
for the term of stay
• Proof of program
participation, copy of your Student’s ID.
• Photo
identification document like a driver's license or
something like an International Student ID Card

Passport-sized, color photos. Though it is possible to get
these taken in the China it is best to have them with you
already
• If you are seeking academic
transcripts through the program don't forget your transfer
approval form signed by your University registrar
There are other important things that you should carry in
case you needed
it on arrival
• Prescribed medicines and toiletries in a clear
plastic bag following international regulations for
carrying liquids
• A wind breaker or something in
case of inclement weather
• You really won’t need
cash just after arriving here as we arrange pick-ups from
the airport to the apartment but you should carry enough
cash to last you for your needs for a day or two before
you get the time to take out more money.
